
Sales Manager
As a Sales Manager at Andaria, you would be responsible for driving the company’s sales performance, building strong client relationships, and leading sales strategy and execution.
Main tasks and responsibilities
Hunting & Sales
- Identify, qualify and close new opportunities in complex, fast-evolving sectors, balancing speed with controlled risk appetites and tailored pricing.
- Use your network and industry insight to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Present our EMI/payment platform as a nimble, client-centric alternative to legacy providers.
- Structure commercial terms and pricing models that balance agility with prudent risk management.
Relationship Management
- Own the end-to-end client journey: build trust, guide integration and drive renewals or upsells.
- Liaise with onboarding, operations and support teams to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing service.
- Maintain strong post-sale relationships, ensuring clients receive responsive support, consistent service quality, and ongoing value from our solutions.
Market Intelligence & Brand Building
- Represent us at key events in Malta and beyond—network, speak, learn—and feed back real-time market insights.
- Capture and relay real-time market feedback to inform product, pricing and risk strategies.
Educational and skill requirements
- 5+ years in sales or business development within EMI, PSP, FX, gaming, crypto or similar fintech.
- Proven track record of hunting new logos and closing complex deals.
- Deep understanding of how to price, onboard and support clients in specialist sectors.
- Exceptional networker with senior-level contacts and a presence at industry gatherings.
- Highly driven, entrepreneurial and targets-obsessed, yet collaborative.
- Based in Malta with the flexibility to travel.
