

Charter Sales Specialist / Manager / Director

Our client is the biggest business aviation company in France with the own MRO operating a diverse fleet of 38 aircraft designed to cover everything from short European hops to long-range executive missions, with a strong focus on speed, safety, and comfort.
The company is now expanding to Malta, building a Charter Sales team here, and looking for Charter Sales professionals across levels (junior to senior).
You will handle charter enquiries end-to-end, convert leads into bookings, and coordinate closely with operations to deliver seamless trips for the clients.
Responsibilities (generic across levels):
- Manage inbound and outbound charter enquiries, qualify needs, and propose suitable aircraft options
- Create and follow up on quotes, negotiate where needed, and close bookings
- Use Avinode daily to source availability, benchmark options, and support pricing decisions
- Coordinate with internal operations, flight support, and external partners to ensure smooth execution
- Maintain accurate records in the relevant systems and keep commercial reporting up to date
- Support client retention through proactive service and relationship management
Main requirements (by seniority)
Senior (10+ years of experience)
- Proven track record in charter sales/brokerage or operator charter sales
- Strong commercial leadership, ability to guide standards and coach others
Mid-level (3+ years of experience)
- Hands-on charter sales experience with consistent conversions and client handling
- Confident with quoting, negotiation, and day-to-day charter sales workflows
Junior (min 1 year of experience)
- Strong interest in business aviation and sales, with the ability to learn fast
- Commercial mindset, high attention to detail, and customer-first communication
Requirements:
- Avinode knowledge - must
- FL3XX (ideally, but not mandatory)
- English language - mandatory, French language - a plus
