Reservations Executive
The Reservations Executive is responsible for managing inquiries through to the booking stage, ensuring that all information provided is prompt, accurate, and up to date. This role reports to the Reservations Manager and is based either at the school or another inlingua location designated by the Operations Manager.
Main tasks and responsibilities
Essential Job Functions
- Ensures all verbal, printed and e-mail information related to a booking by a student is issued promptly and correctly.
- Promotes the school and its services when required.
- Coordinates student bookings, making sure data is accurately inputted into inlingua Malta’s booking system.
- Sets up and maintains standing data on the school administration system.
- Carries out administrative functions including but not limited to word-processing correspondence, mail outs, filing and photocopying as required.
- Provides back up support during staff absences.
- Provides support to partners with particular student bookings.
- Manage accommodation bookings by liaising with suppliers and partners and provides Confirmation documents and charting of students at residence.
- Undertakes any other duties as assigned by the Reservations Manager on a regular basis.
- Provides visa support to students and takes care of any online visa applications.
- Makes sure that invoicing and pre-arrival information is accurate and well-communicated to students.
- Customer Care and Student contact.
