Data Inputting Clerk (Entry-Level)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Inputting Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data across company systems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career in administration or data management.

This position is based on full-time Monday to Friday office hours.

Main tasks and responsibilities
  • Enter and update data in databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems
  • Verify data accuracy and correct any errors
  • Maintain organized digital and physical records
  • Assist with document filing, scanning, and archiving
  • Generate basic reports as required
  • Support administrative tasks and team operations
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information
Educational and skill requirements
  • Fluency in either English or Maltese. 
  • Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
