

Administrative Assistant to Retail Operations
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our Retail Operations team. While the role is predominantly office-based, it may occasionally involve visiting retail outlets, including weekends, to support the dynamic needs of our operations. Candidates with prior experience in the retail sector will be considered an asset.
- Provide administrative support to the Retail Operations team, including data entry, document management, and correspondence.
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for the team.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other operational materials.
- Handle inquiries and communications from retail stores and liaise between stores and the operations team.
- Maintain and update inventory records and other retail-related databases.
- Support the planning and execution of weekend events, promotions, or operational projects as needed.
- Perform other administrative duties as required to ensure the smooth functioning of retail operations.

Education and Experience

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role; retail experience is a strong asset.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
