🛠️ RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Problem Solving: Manage and resolve property maintenance issues, guest issues, emergency responses, and related tasks (like damage claims) to ensure high availability for our guests.
  • Communication: Keep property owners updated on status changes and communicate effectively with the wider team.
  • Ticketing & Logs: Ensure every issue is accurately logged in our systems and tools
  • Knowledge Management: For every issue closed, you’ll document the solution in ourProperty Info documents to prevent future escalations and help the team stay informed.

🎓 REQUIREMENTS

  • Flexibility - While this is a part-time role, and can mostly be done remotely - At times issues may arise which will require you to attend to them when they come up - there are no set hours.
  • Fluent & very good command of English
  • Tech-savvy; Access to your own laptop, smartphone and internet connection
  • Driving License: a scooter/motorbike license is a big plus
  • Own transport
  • Living physically in Malta or Gozo, to be able to attend to issues when they arise
  • People’s person; Ability to handle guests, clients and communicate effectively, as well as manage different character and personality traits effectively
  • Organised and taking ownership of assigned tasks

GOOD TO HAVES

  • No prior experience is necessary - However, knowledge of properties and experience in property management is a big plus
  • Knowledge of any foreign language like Italian, Spanish and French

🌱 JOB PERKS

  • Office-less, flexible remote-based job. However, one still needs to be physically based in Malta for when issues arise.
  • No fixed hours. We believe a job should be based on performance, not on actual time spent in office.

  • Training will be provided as needed, on all the job aspects. This includes property audit checklists, IT systems, and how to organise yourself better if needed
