Reporting Administrator
The Reporting Administrator is an entry-level position within the Finance team, responsible for the accurate and timely production, formatting, and distribution of business reports. This role supports key departments including Finance, Procurement, Operations, and Retail, as well as the company’s international partners.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Report Production Generate recurring and ad-hoc reports using established templates and data sources, ensuring accuracy and adherence to agreed deadlines.
- Formatting & Presentation Format reports to a high professional standard, maintaining clarity, consistency, and visual appeal. Perform basic data validation checks and update report templates as required.
- Report Distribution Distribute reports securely to internal stakeholders and international partners, while managing distribution lists, schedules, and version control.
- Process Support & Additional Duties Maintain documentation of reporting processes and assist in identifying opportunities to improve reporting efficiency. Reconciliation of daily sales, supplier statements as well as bank statements, assistance with daily finance department duties. Escalate any data discrepancies or issues to the appropriate teams.
Educational and skill requirements
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience in a reporting, administrative, or finance support role (entry-level candidates with relevant internship or basic experience are encouraged to apply).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- High attention to detail and accuracy, especially when handling repetitive tasks.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
A qualification in Accounting at O’Level or A’Level standard will be considered an asset.
