Our company is growing fast, and we are seeking for a Project Co-Ordinator to join our MEPs & Finishes team.
About the role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role involves collaborating with project managers, architects, engineers, and suppliers to meet the project’s specifications and deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact between project teams, sub-contractors, and clients.
- Coordinate project schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
- Coordinate the allocation of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure FMcore Ltd. secures the best prices throughout the procurement process.
- Monitor project progress and performance, implementing changes as necessary to achieve project goals.
- Provide on-site support and provide periodic reports to the Project Manager.
- Measure finishing works on-site, to be reviewed and certified by the Project Managers/Quantity Surveyor.
- Help track project expenses and ensure they stay within the approved budget.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and deliverables.
Requirements:
While the following skills and experience are preferred, candidates who may not meet all criteria are still encouraged to apply:
- A technical degree or equivalent is required for this position.
- Preferably, candidates will have at least two years of relevant experience.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately and precisely.
- Fluent in both English and Maltese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and mathematical mindset.
- Highly methodical approach to work and problem-solving.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Possession of a valid Local or EU driving license.
