Business Centre Coordinator

We are looking for a Business Centre Coordinator within the Banqueting department, on a full-time basis. This position is at the same level as a Team Leader.

Main tasks and responsibilities

The Business Centre Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of meetings, conferences, and events held at the Hilton Malta Business and Conference Centre.

In this position, the selected candidate will provide daily leadership and direction to the banqueting team while managing the administrative tasks required to support each event.  The role is hands‑on and operational, involving the set‑up of meeting rooms and event spaces, assisting with service during events when needed, and ensuring all back‑of‑house areas remain organised and efficient.

Success in this role requires flexibility, strong organisational skills, and a proactive approach to supporting the team.

  • Have a flair for meeting people

We are looking for a smart team member who enjoys being of service, is able to follow our brand standards and come up with creative ways to ‘wow’ our guests. This position requires a high level of organisational skill. The team member must be fluent in the use of Microsoft applications and able to multitask within a high-pressure environment.

Previous work experience in Food and Beverage service, preferably at a leadership level, and previous administrative experience are necessary for this position.  A formal ITS (or equivalent) qualification will be considered an asset.
