
Pastry Chef De Partie
We are seeking a talented and passionate Pastry Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.
In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods, ensuring consistency, creativity, and excellence in every dish.
You’ll work closely with the Head Pastry Chef to uphold the highest standards of food preparation, hygiene, and kitchen efficiency.

Prepare, bake, and present a variety of pastries, cakes, desserts, and breads according to recipes and standards.

Support the Head Pastry Chef with new menu development and seasonal creations.

Ensure consistency and quality control in taste, appearance, and portioning.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry section, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering ingredients to maintain adequate inventory.

Train and mentor junior pastry staff and apprentices as required.

Contribute ideas for new pastry items and continuous improvement of the menu.

Ensure equipment is properly maintained and report any faults to the relevant department.

Formal culinary / pastry training is preferred.

Strong knowledge of classic and modern pastry techniques.
