In Malta, the Marvin Gauci Group operates Caviar & Bull Restaurant St. Julians, Caviar & Bull Restaurant Valletta, Sole Seabar by Tarragon Restaurant and Don Royale Restaurant.

If you are creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering high-quality pastry creations, we would love to hear from you.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Good standard of education, preferably from a catering vocational school
  • Strong knowledge and high standards of pastry techniques
  • Innovative and creative approach to pastry preparation and presentation
  • Demonstrates understanding and awareness of company policies and procedures
  • Fluent in English (essential)
