Personal Assistant
The Marvin Gauci Group, a leading name in Malta’s premium dining scene, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support senior management across its portfolio of award-winning restaurants, including:
- Caviar & Bull St. Julians
- Caviar & Bull Valletta
- Sole Seabar by Tarragon
- Don Royale Restaurant
Role Overview
The Personal Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support, ensuring the smooth coordination of daily activities, meetings, and projects within a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate meetings, events, and internal communications
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Liaise with suppliers, partners, and team members
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Assist with special projects and operational follow-ups
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English required; additional languages an asset)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Professional, discreet, and detail-oriented
- A valid and clean driving licence is required for this role
