

Office Administrator
A vacancy with APTC Ltd has arisen within the organisation for an Office Administrator.
The candidate will primarily liaise with the team and will be responsible for carrying out administrative tasks such as filing systems, data entry, and other administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
The responsibilities include primarily the following:
- Data entry: Accurately inputting and maintaining records, databases, and spreadsheets, including assisting with the compilation of various forms and documents.
- Filing and organization: Organizing physical and digital files, ensuring easy retrieval of documents when needed.
- Communication: Assisting with answering phone calls, taking messages, and responding to emails professionally.
- Coordination: Liaising with the team and other third parties in Malta.
- Scheduling: Coordinating appointments, meetings, and events, and maintaining calendars.
- Documentation: Assisting in preparing and formatting documents, reports, and presentations.
- Ad-hoc tasks: Providing support to the managing director.
Knowledge and Experience
The ideal candidate should:
- Be organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task.
- Be able to organise their work appropriately and to prioritise work.
- Profound knowledge of MS Office applications and other office software.
- Demonstrate the desire to learn and be proactive.
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills in English and preferably in Maltese.
