Admin Assistant - Part time
An Assistant is required from 9.00 until 13.00 Monday to Friday to work as part of a small team servicing clients with their administrive needs
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Answering incoming calls and emails
- Updating records
- Filing
- Chasing cllients for documentation relating to compliance issues
- Preparing payroll
- Invoicing
- General Office Admin
Educational and skill requirements
- Maturity
- Previous Office experience
- Team spirited
- Conversant with Microsoft Office
- Fluent English & preferably Maltese
- Willingness to learn new tasks
