Admin Assistant - Part time

An Assistant is required from 9.00 until 13.00 Monday to Friday to work as part of a small team servicing clients with their administrive needs

Main tasks and responsibilities
  • Answering incoming calls and emails
  • Updating records
  • Filing
  • Chasing cllients for documentation relating to compliance issues
  • Preparing payroll
  • Invoicing
  • General Office Admin
Educational and skill requirements
  • Maturity
  • Previous Office experience
  • Team spirited
  • Conversant with Microsoft Office
  • Fluent English & preferably Maltese
  • Willingness to learn new tasks
