Finance Executive

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Full Time Finance Executive to join our growing finance team. This role is ideal for a candidate who is passionate about accounting and financial operations and is seeking an opportunity to develop their career in a dynamic environment. The selected candidate will be reporting directly to the Financial Controller and will be performing the following main duties amongst others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day Accounting operations ensuring accuracy and efficiency;
• Assist in the preparation of monthly Management Financial reports;
• Reconcile accounts and monitor financial transactions;
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis efforts;
• Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements;
• Prepare and submit VAT Returns in a timely manner
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes;
• Conduct bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies;
• Calculate, prepare and post accounting transactions arising from contracts with customers.
  
  

Requirements:

• A minimum of two to three years’ experience in Accounting or Finance;
• Currently pursuing a University degree in Accounting, ACCA or possessing a similar Accounting qualification;
• Proficiency in Accounting software and MS Excel;
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills;
• Effective communication and team collaboration abilities;
• Committed to delivering work with a high level of accuracy.
