Position: Supervisor

As a Supervisor at Wagamama St Julian’s, you will play a key role in leading the team during service, ensuring smooth daily operations, and delivering an outstanding guest experience that reflects Wagamama’s values.
Key Requirements:

Lead, coach, and motivate front-of-house or kitchen team members

Ensure consistent service excellence and food quality during shifts

Support with daily operations, including opening/closing procedures

Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively

Assist with staff training and development
-
Monitor inventory and support stock control

Help plan and manage team rosters
Qualifications:
-
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar supervisory or team-leading role in hospitality or food service is an advantage

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
-
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask under pressure

Passion for Asian-inspired cuisine and customer service
-
Team-oriented, positive attitude, and hands-on approach

Familiarity with food hygiene and safety standards is preferred.
