Marketing Manager
Are you a creative marketing mind with a passion for lifestyle, music, and hospitality? We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join the iconic Hard Rock Hotel Malta and take our brand storytelling to the next level. If you're strategic, digitally savvy, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is your stage.
🎯 Your Mission
As our Marketing Manager, you'll drive brand visibility and guest engagement across the hotel’s dynamic portfolio, spanning rooms, restaurants, bars, music-driven events, and lifestyle experiences. You'll be the go-to for all things creative, digital, and strategic.
🎸 What You'll Do
- Lead and execute integrated marketing strategies across hotel, F&B, nightlife, and
wellness offerings. - Protect and promote the Hard Rock brand through strong visual identity and consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
- Run digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, paid media, email), build social presence, and
produce standout content. - Work with influencers, media, and brand partners to amplify awareness.
- Launch new venues and seasonal campaigns with creativity and precision.
- Analyse marketing performance and optimise campaigns based on data.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, F&B, Rooms, and Events teams.
- Manage relationships with agencies, freelancers, and PR partners.
💡 What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years’ experience in marketing within hospitality, lifestyle hotels, or F&B (multi-outlet or multi-brand experience is a bonus).
- Strong grasp of digital marketing, brand positioning, and campaign execution.
- Skilled in content strategy and creative storytelling.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Proficient in analytics tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, email tools).
- Bonus points for Adobe Creative Suite skills (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- A flair for the Hard Rock vibe—bold, authentic, energetic.
