The Moxy Hotel Malta is a forthcoming hip, urban, and stylish Marriott brand hotel located in Paceville (St. Julian's). It is set to feature 88 designed bedrooms, a dynamic gym, and a refreshing outdoor pool area. As a Marriott Bonvoy member hotel, it offers a "check-in at the bar" experience, aiming to create a vibrant, youthful atmosphere in Malta

<li>Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen.</li>
<li>Wash and sanitise dishes, utensils, equipment, and kitchen surfaces.</li>
<li>Assist the kitchen team with basic food preparation and general duties.</li>
<li>Ensure kitchen areas, storage rooms, and equipment are kept clean and organised.</li>
<li>Assist with receiving and storing deliveries.</li>
<li>Handle kitchen waste and ensure proper disposal.</li>
<li>Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health &amp; safety procedures.</li>
<li>Support chefs and other kitchen colleagues whenever required.</li>
</ul>

Main tasks and responsibilities

<li>Previous experience in a kitchen, hotel, or catering environment is considered an asset.</li>
<li>Good knowledge of cleanliness and hygiene standards.</li>

Requirements

<li>Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.&nbsp;</li>
