Hotel Manager

Palazzo Castagna is a charming 26-room boutique hotel located in the heart of Ghaxaq, offering guests a refined blend of historic elegance and modern comfort. ESSE Ltd. on behalf of Palazzo Castagna are now seeking an experienced and hands-on Hotel Manager to lead our dedicated team and ensure an exceptional guest experience at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and guest relations
• Maintain the highest standards of service and presentation across all areas of the hotel
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver a warm and personalised guest experience
• Manage budgets, cost controls, and operational efficiency
• Work closely with the owners to implement strategic initiatives and uphold the hotel’s boutique character

Requirements:

• Previous management experience in a boutique or small luxury hotel is essential
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on approach
• Excellent understanding of guest service standards and operational procedures
• Proven ability to manage budgets and drive performance metrics
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Maltese or other languages is considered an asset
