HEAD OF MARKETING
The Head of Marketing will be responsible for leading and executing the overall marketing strategy across the organization’s multi-brand portfolio within the luxury retail sector. The role focuses on driving brand positioning, commercial growth, and customer engagement while managing and developing a high-performing marketing team. The successful candidate will ensure strategic alignment across all brands, maintaining consistency, creativity, and measurable performance across channels.

Main tasks and responsibilities
- Develop and implement the overarching marketing strategy across multiple luxury and premium brands.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, setting clear objectives and performance standards.
- Oversee brand positioning, campaigns, events, and promotional activities across all channels.
- Ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and commercial objectives.
- Manage marketing budgets, forecasts, and return on investment analysis.
- Collaborate closely with retail, buying, VM, and senior leadership teams.
- Oversee digital marketing, social media, CRM, and performance marketing activities.
- Maintain strong relationships with brand principals and external partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform strategy.
- Ensure consistent brand standards and messaging across all touchpoints.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience managing marketing across multiple brands.
- Experience within luxury, premium retail, or a similar consumer-driven sector is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s Degree considered an asset).
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and performance analytics tools.
