Full-Time Retail Sales Assistant - Coccinelle

What You’ll Do

Reporting to the Shop Manager, the chosen candidate will be responsible for warmly welcoming customers, assisting them with their selections, and ensuring they are given exceptional experience.

The selected candidate will also be:

• Ensuring that the Retail Outlet is consistently well-presented to deliver an exceptional customer experience;
• Supporting the Retail Outlet Manager in maintaining high standards of quality and excellent customer service;
• Assisting in achieving the company’s sales targets and objectives;
• Implementing upselling and cross-selling techniques to maximise sales;
• Promoting current offers and in-store promotions to customers during each transaction.

• Possess excellent communication skills and a positive attitude;
• Is competent in handling cash and card transactions;
• Holds a valid working permit / employment license and a clean police conduct;
