We are currently looking for a F&B Runner to join our team with Lifestyle Group.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist senior wait staff in delivering high-quality service to guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
• Serve food and beverages to guests efficiently, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to service standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables and clearing used dishes and utensils.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down the dining area before and after service, including table settings and equipment.
• Polishing plates, glasses & cutlery in a speedy fashion.
• Liaise with management when required to by Kitchen Team.
• Support and learn from senior wait staff to develop skills and knowledge in food and beverage service.
• Work closely with Kitchen Porter team, lending assistance where necessary
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and hygiene practices.
• Assist in training new staff members as directed, providing guidance and support to maintain service standards.
• Commit to completion of Online training within 2 weeks of Start date.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience working in a food and beverage outlet environment considered to be advantageous.
• Verbal and written communications skills in English.
• Willing to work on a shift basis in a hotel environment.
