Cleaner Trainer

Location: Malta

Employment: Full-time

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Cleaner Trainer to join our team, providing training and support to cleaners across our portfolio of apartments, guesthouses and other properties throughout Malta.

The successful candidate will be responsible for training and supporting new cleaning staff, ensuring that company standards, procedures and safety requirements are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver practical training for new cleaners.
• Demonstrate correct cleaning techniques and the proper use of equipment and products.
• Coach and support employees to achieve company standards.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and health & safety procedures.
• Monitor performance and identify additional training needs.
• Organise and maintain accurate training and attendance records.
• Organise and conduct training presentations and sessions.

Requirements:

• Must already be residing in Malta.
• Previous hands-on experience in professional cleaning.
• Good knowledge of cleaning equipment, products, and cleaning procedures.
• Familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Patient and able to demonstrate tasks clearly.
• Detail-oriented, consistent, and well organised.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
