Beauty Advisor
JOB PURPOSE SUMMARY:
We are seeking passionate and knowledgeable Beauty Advisors to join our team and deliver an exceptional client experience aligned with our brand values and standards of excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of skincare and beauty products, with the ability to provide personalised consultations and expert advice. A recognised diploma in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent qualification) is required. Certification or experience as a Makeup Artist will be considered a distinct asset.
EDUCATIONAL AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma in Beauty Therapy or related field
- Solid knowledge of skincare products and treatments
- Makeup artistry qualification or experience considered an asset
- Previous experience in a retail or beauty environment preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional presentation and a customer-centric approach
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide tailored skincare consultations and product recommendations
- Deliver professional, client-focused service in line with brand standards
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge across skincare and beauty categories
- Support sales targets through proactive client engagement
- Maintain visual merchandising standards within the beauty department
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships
