The Role
We are seeking a passionate Bartender with excellent cocktail making skills and product knowledge. As Bartender, you will look after your section ensuring that it is efficient and productive.

Principal Responsibilities
- To assist in the day-to-day operations of The Villa Bologna Restaurant bar.
- Preparing drinks before service
- Setting up and stocking bar
- Preparing drinks to company standards
- Assist with bar inventory, ordering and supplies
- Keep station clean and complies with food safety standards
Required Skills/Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in a busy bar
- Can do attitude
- Genuine passion for food and beverage
- Strong attention to details
- Ability to work under pressure
- Organised and reliable
- Fluent in English
