Chef De Partie (Full-Time)

Are you passionate about culinary excellence? The Rooftop Restaurant at The Embassy Valletta Hotel is seeking a talented and dedicated Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team on a Full-time basis.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present high-quality dishes within your assigned section.
  • Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in menu development and daily operations.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and kitchen organisation.
  • Supervise and train junior kitchen staff.
  • Ensure consistency and excellence in food preparation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role in a high-standard à la carte kitchen.
  • Culinary school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen operations.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Valid Work Permit
