Nick + Rach acquired a hotel and dive centre in the heart of Gozo’s Xlendi Bay in 2019. After considerable redevelopment and fresh new branding, the hotel and dive centre opened to provide services that go above and beyond. We’re growing our bar team and currently looking for talented Bartenders to join us.

Main tasks and responsibilities

Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
Assessing bar customers’ needs and preferences and making recommendations
Maintain a clean bar/restaurant area

Educational and skill requirements

At least 1 year experience in your role
Currently living in Gozo
EU passport holder OR open to applying for a Work Permit + Skills Pass
Self-sufficient transport to and from shifts
Good spoken English — other languages a bonus!
Willingness to work morning, afternoon + evening/night shifts on rotation
