

Administration/Accounts Clerk
We are looking for an Administration/Accounts Clerk to support our financial controller and office team. This role involves handling accounting transactions, maintaining records, assisting with payroll, and invoicing, and performing general office duties to ensure smooth business operations.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Prepare and send invoices; receive and record payments
- Reconcile accounts and assist in preparing financial reports
- Maintain accurate records of business transactions and financial data
- Assist with payroll processing and handling of related staff enquiries
- Oversee other clerical office duties
Educational and skill requirements
- Impeccable communication skills
- Organised and meticulous
- Ability to work within a team under little supervision
- Experience in financial recordkeeping, payroll processing, and administrative support will be considered an asset
- Good command of the English language (Knowledge of Maltese would be seen as an advantage)
- Preference will be given to applicants with complete or partial ACCA
