Winery and Vineyard Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with vineyard work including pruning, canopy management, harvesting, and general maintenance
• Clean and maintain the vineyard, including grass cutting and weed control
• Operate tractors and various vineyard/winery equipment safely and efficiently
• Support winery operations such as grape processing, fermentation, racking and bottling
• Follow hygiene and quality procedures
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment

What we are looking For:

• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Practical, hands-on skills and attention to detail
• Experience operating machinery such as tractors and sprayers is an advantage
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Previous vineyard or winery experience is a plus, but not essential
