Educational and skill requirements

• Speak fluently in English
  
  

Diploma or degree in one of the following fields:

• Visual merchandising
• Interior design
• Retail management
• Graphic design or fine arts
  
  

Experience and Qualifications:

• Good knowledge of the Company, the brand and the store
• Solid experience managing a similar fast-paced retail operation
• Passion for interior design, creativity and trend awareness
• Proven ability to maximise profitability and drive sales
• Strong team management experience

• Knowledge of current interior design and decor trends
• Creativity in product styling and display setups
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong sense of aesthetics and design
• Commercial awareness
