🎯 Your Mission

As our Usher, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests attending shows, dining, or events, ensuring they are guided efficiently, feel welcomed, and enjoy a seamless experience.

📋 What You’ll Do

• Greet and welcome guests with energy and professionalism
• Guide guests to their assigned seats quickly and safely
• Assist with crowd management and maintaining order
• Provide guests with information about the venue, shows, and services
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns with a positive attitude
• Maintain tidy and organized entrance and seating areas
• Support the team during busy periods and contribute to a positive atmosphere

💡 What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as an Usher, Guest Service Associate, or in a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Guest-focused mindset and passion for hospitality
• Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
• A positive attitude, attention to detail, and the Hard Rock spirit 🎤
