Responsibilities:

<li>Prepare and serve daily breakfast (eggs, sausages, baked beans, toast, pastries, etc.)</li>
<li>Ensure food is ready on time and presented well</li>
<li>Maintain kitchen hygiene and safety standards</li>
<li>(For Trainer role) Train and guide junior kitchen staff on breakfast operations</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Experience in preparing continental &amp; English breakfast</li>
<li>Ability to handle morning service for 50+ guests</li>
<li>Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently</li>
<li>For trainer role: leadership or training experience preferred</li>

Spinola Hotel has been in operation since 1998. In this period, Spinola Hotel established itself as a modern and modest hotel, with an excellent location. Situated in the heart of Paceville’s entertainment hub, and just minutes away from three of Malta’s top casinos, public beaches, night clubs and restaurants, the hotel covers a footprint of approximately 350 sq metres, and offers a mix of 28 rooms, all of which are double/twins – 2 rooms have their own private terrace with sea and city views. The breakfast area is on the ground floor, and is easily accessible from the guest floors. All of the rooms are designated non-smoking.

<li>Guest Services: Fulfill special requests and ensure rooms meet specific needs.</li>
