Key Responsibilities

• Staff Management:Hire, train, coach, and motivate store staff, and assign daily duties and create work schedules.
• Customer Service:Ensure all customers receive excellent service, handle complaints, and resolve issues in a professional manner.
• Sales and Operations:Oversee daily operations, monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to increase revenue.
• Inventory Management:Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and order new products as needed to meet customer demand.
• Merchandising and Store Standards:Ensure products are displayed correctly and that the store maintains high visual standards, including cleanliness and signage.
• Reporting:Prepare reports on sales volumes, product supply, and human resources to track store performance.
• Security:Monitor store security and implement measures to ensure the safety of staff and customers.
• Compliance:Ensure all staff adhere to company policies and procedures.
