Hans & Gretel Malta

<li>Serve customers and handle cashier duties</li>
<li>Prepare desserts and beverages (chimney cakes, waffles, ice cream, etc.)</li>
<li>Prepare and refill mixes and ingredients as needed</li>
<li>Refill and merchandise products according to brand standards&nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain cleanliness of the store and equipment</li>
<li>Support opening and closing procedures&nbsp;</li>
<li>Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist the Store Manager with daily operational tasks</li>

Main tasks and responsibilities

The Store Manager is responsible for the overall operation and performance of the store, ensuring excellent customer experience, strong team performance, and full compliance with Hans &amp; Gretel brand and operational standards. 
Key Responsibilities

<li>Oversee day-to-day store operations</li>
<li>Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance</li>
<li>Ensure excellent customer service at all times</li>
<li>Supervise product preparation and food safety standards</li>
<li>Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage inventory</li>
<li>Handle cash management and daily reporting</li>
<li>Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and equipment maintenance</li>
<li>Train and onboard new team members</li>
<li>Act as the main point of contact with the Director and franchisee</li>
<li>Acts as the main PoC with the Franchisor's certified trainer &amp; is responsible for the roll out of the training. </li>
