Main tasks and responsibilities

  • Work independently without constant supervision, taking ownership of the kitchen and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with the front-of-house team to maintain high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
  • Embrace an enthusiastic approach to cooking, infusing energy and creativity into every dish.
Educational and skill requirements
  • Basic culinary experience is acceptable, but a strong sense of style, knowledge, and passion for food is essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing menus.
  • Creativity in designing dishes that pair well with our wine selection.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Enthusiastic and proactive attitude towards kitchen responsibilities.
