

Shift Supervisor
We are seeking a commercially driven and service-oriented Shift Supervisor to support the daily leadership and sales performance of our retail store.
This role represents the first level of supervisory responsibility within the store structure. The Shift Supervisor leads by example on the shop floor, actively driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth operations during assigned shifts.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales & Customer Leadership
- Actively drive sales performance during assigned shifts.
- Deliver personalised, premium customer service consistent with brand standards.
- Lead by example in achieving daily sales targets and KPIs.
- Support team members in maximising selling opportunities and client engagement.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
Shift Supervision & Team Coordination
- Supervise daily store activities during assigned shifts.
- Provide guidance, direction, and real-time feedback to team members.
- Ensure smooth shift handovers and operational continuity.
- Escalate performance or operational concerns to Store or Sales Supervisors where necessary.
Operational Support
- Maintain high standards of store presentation, cleanliness, and organisation.
- Support stock replenishment and basic inventory control processes.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling where required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and retail standards.
PROFILE REQUIRED:

Previous retail experience is required; prior supervisory exposure is considered an asset.

Strong sales orientation with a customer-focused mindset.

Organised, reliable, and accountable.

Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
