Shift Foreman - Belgium

• Coordinate maintenance activities during the assigned shift to meet operational requirements.
• Approve, control, monitor, and schedule non‑routine and deferred maintenance, including items raised by contracted maintenance.
• Keep Line Maintenance staff informed of operational updates, changes, and requirements.

Report the following to OCC:

• Unairworthy conditions or mechanical interruptions
• Incidents or accidents
• AOG situations
  
  

Service difficulties impacting dispatch

• Secure additional manpower during periods of high workload or staffing shortages, in cooperation with the Lead Technician.
• Ensure that all maintenance documentation generated during the shift is completed accurately and forwarded to Headquarters.
• Conduct proper shift handover by communicating aircraft status and outstanding tasks to the incoming Shift Foreman.
• When designated as a backup shift, support coverage of overloads and absences in the standard shift.

Qualifications

• Valid maintenance technician license.
• Strong knowledge of English (spoken and written).
• Proficient in computer applications and data handling.
• Experience with wide-body aircraft (B747/B777) preferred.
