Appliances Technician

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Appliances Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of household appliances, including ovens, dishwashers, washing machines, and dryers.

The technician will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and efficient repairs, and maintaining a high level of safety and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently schedule appointments with clients.

• Perform on-site fault finding and repairs of appliances.

• Request and manage parts accurately and in a timely manner.

• Replace defective parts and components.

• Install new appliances following safety and operational guidelines.

• Utilize service information effectively to troubleshoot and repair appliances.

• Work independently with minimal supervision.

• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
  
  

Required Skills

• Strong communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues.

• Proficiency in written and spoken English is required.

• Proficiency in written and spoken Maltese will be considered an asset.

• Valid driving license.
