

Senior Product Owner
We’re looking for a Senior Product Owner who can operate at the intersection of business strategy, user empathy, and technical execution. You’ll own product pillars across our multi-app, multi-tenant, B2B2C ecosystem - bringing together mobile apps, admin portals, APIs, and real-time systems. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguous, high-ownership environments and wants to deliver world-class experiences to millions of riders and drivers across Europe and beyond.

What You'll Own

End-to-end product lifecycle for multiple feature verticals (e.g., driver tools, campaign engines, marketplace flows)

Research and prioritization of high-impact opportunities based on data, feedback, and competitor intelligence

Authoring gold-standard BRDs, specs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and testing flows

Defining and tracking success metrics (rides, conversion, completion, cost per booking, etc.)

Running backlog, sprint rituals, and roadmap planning with engineers and designers
-
Collaborating with city partners, customer support, and operations to validate what we build
-
Acting as the “voice of the product” to internal and external stakeholders

What You Bring

4–6+ years in a Product Owner or Product Manager role (ideally in B2B SaaS or platform environments)
-
Proven success delivering features across web + mobile apps simultaneously
-
Mastery of tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, Notion, Figma
-
Strong research chops - from stakeholder interviews to competitive analysis to product teardowns
-
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum, story slicing, and grooming practices
-
Excellent written and spoken English - crisp, concise, structured
Bonus: Experience with ride-hailing, logistics, marketplaces, or mobility software
