

Sales & Marketing Person
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales & Marketing person to join our team at Home Trends. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, supporting daily store and online presence through marketing activities.
The role involves assisting customers with product selection, processing sales transactions, handling online orders. The successful candidate will also support customer care activities, manage sales team rostering and contribute to marketing initiatives including website updates, social media promotions, and in-store events.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting customers and providing expert product advice
- Processing in-store and online sales orders
- Managing customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Organizing staff rosters,
- Updating website content and supporting digital marketing campaigns (Facebook and Instagram Posts)
- Collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets and enhance customer loyalty
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and organisational skills, a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment. Experience in retail sales, customer service, administration, or digital marketing will be considered an asset.
