Sales Assistant/Cashier - Part Time
As a Sales Assistant/Cashier at ZARA HOME, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating the cash register, and supporting daily store operations.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Assist customers with product selection, inquiries, and purchases.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner.
- Maintain product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the store.
- Assist in opening and closing the store.
Educational and skill requirements
- Speak fluently in English
- Passionate to customer service
- Enjoy communicate and extend help to customers and peers, good at team work
- High adaptive ability, able to handle multi-task and willing to take challenge
- High sense of responsibility, positive and proactive
- Experience working in a similar environment / customer service is preferable
