What You&rsquo;ll Do
Reporting to the Shop Manager, the chosen candidate will be responsible for warmly welcoming customers, assisting them with their selections, and ensuring they are given exceptional experience. 
The selected candidate will also be:
<ul>
<li>Ensuring that the Retail Outlet is consistently well-presented to deliver an exceptional customer experience;</li>
<li>Supporting the Retail Outlet Manager in maintaining high standards of quality and excellent customer service;</li>
<li>Assisting in achieving the company&rsquo;s sales targets and objectives;</li>
<li>Implementing upselling and cross-selling techniques to maximise sales;</li>
<li>Promoting current offers and in-store promotions to customers during each transaction.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Has an outgoing and friendly personality;</li>
<li>Has a neat and professional appearance;</li>
<li>Possess excellent communication skills and a positive attitude;</li>

<li>Holds a valid working permit / employment license and a clean police conduct;</li>

The selected candidate will be reporting to the Financial Controller and will be performing the following main duties amongst others:

<li>Performing all cashier duties, including daily reconciliation of cash and transactions;</li>
<li>Managing allocations and ensuring accurate record-keeping of financial data;</li>
<li>Handling petty cash disbursement and replenishment with proper documentation;</li>
<li>Processing and recording retail outlets deposits promptly and accurately;</li>
<li>Performing reconciliation of Delivery Person/Sales Representatives&rsquo; documents and cash, ensuring accuracy and accountability;</li>
<li>Registering online payments and mailed cheques, ensuring timely and correct allocation;</li>
<li>Performing any other duties related to Finance and Administration which may be required from time to time in support of the Finance Department. </li>
