Restaurant Supervisor

Manakis | Spinola Bay, St. Julian's

Manakis restaurant, located in Spinola Bay, St. Julian's, Malta, is currently seeking to employ a Restaurant Supervisor to join their teams on a full-time basis.

The following attributes are necessary for the post:

• Have a passion for food and drink;
• Possess training in Culinary Arts;
• Previous experience in a similar post;
• Fluent in English and possibly also in Maltese and other languages.
  
  

The Restaurant Supervisor will assist the Assistant and/or Restaurant Manager in organising and maximising the efficiency and financial performance of the Restaurant, in achieving the targets related to cost, standards and quality.

• All applicants need to be currently living in Malta, and in the case of non-EU nationals, a valid permit to work in Malta and a clean Police conduct are a must.
