
Receptionist and Customer Care
The Receptionist contributes to the first impressions of all clients and, therefore, must perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Meet and greet clients
- Answering any client queries as quickly and efficiently as possible
- Ensure an efficient reception experience for clients
- Demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times
- Answering incoming phone calls
Educational and skill requirements
- Fluent in Maltese and English
- Positive, polite and friendly
- Great customer service skills and a professional telephone manner
- Computer literate
- A can-do attitude
