Our platform was launched as a proof of concept in Malta and has evolved into a vibrant disruptor in the global ride-hailing space. What you’ll do:

Plan, launch, and optimize the overall digital marketing operation, including our mobile-first User Acquisition campaigns for eCabs Malta and our B2B lead generation efforts for eCabs Technologies, amongst others

Effectively communicate complex analyses by developing easy-to-use reporting or visualization dashboards (demand funnel, marketing planning and budgeting, marketing ROI, operational efficiency, awareness, events, and other strategic KPIs).

Manage and oversee various digital marketing channels and social media accounts, monitoring key metrics across channels including budget pacing, cost per lead and/or acquisition, and LTV proxies.

Suggest and test improvements of online content by staying aware of competitive landscape.

Work with partners at Meta, Google, Apple, TikTok, etc. to unlock campaign performance and test new ad products.

Maintain a proficiency with tracking and analytic tools such as Firebase, AppRadar, Adjust, Google Play Console, AppStore Connect or similar.

Live and breath the latest media buying trends, competitive digital landscape, user needs, and digital marketing products.

Manage eCabs Technologies' digital assets, including audio, video, static; and text files, such as blog posts and copy.

Work hand-in-hand with in-house creative teams to ensure proactive content-driven performance optimization.
Job requirements
What you’ll bring:

Proven track record in the digital marketing space, with 5+ years of experience.

Creative and innovative thinking with the ability to develop compelling and effective digital marketing campaigns.

Direct, hands-on experience managing media buying, optimization (Paid Social, Paid Search, App Search), and strategic planning.

Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and deeply familiar with metrics such as CPL, CPA, CVR, and LTV.

Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills; must be very comfortable with data analysis and able to use data to make decisions and conduct experiments.

Deep, hands-on experience with Web & App tracking and attribution is required.

A passion for the ride-hailing industry and a desire to make a positive impact on the future of transportation is highly desirable.
