Part-Time HR Administrator

Gobnb Ltd. is seeking a Part-Time HR Administrator to support our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively recruiting and CV screening.
  • Processing Single Permit and work permit applications.
  • Handling permit renewals and monitoring expiry dates.
  • Preparing employment contracts and onboarding / offboarding documentation.
  • Know-how in registering employees with Jobsplus.
  • Creating calls for applications on Jobsplus and for other platforms.
  • Maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
  • Liaising with employees regarding permits and required documentation.

Requirements

  • Previous HR administration and recruitment experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Identità Malta, Jobsplus, and Single Permit procedures
  • Proven experience handling local and TCN applications and renewals (still abroad/in
  • Malta/change of employer etc).
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage permit deadlines and new / renewal applications simultaneously.
  • Available to work four hours from Monday to Friday (mornings)
  • Must already be in Malta and eligible to work.
