Job Description

As Night Manager, you will ensure smooth operations during the night shift, maintaining high standards of service, safety, and guest satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversee all hotel operations during the night shift, including front desk, security, and guest services
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and emergencies promptly and professionally
  • Monitor safety and security procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations
  • Assist with daily reporting, night audits, and operational logs
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure readiness for the following day
  • Support team members with guidance, supervision, and training during night hours

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in hotel management or supervisory roles, preferably in 4/5-star properties
  • Strong knowledge of front office operations, guest services, and night audit procedures
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
  • Ability to work night shifts and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Current residence in Malta
