Main tasks and responsibilities
- Saving the Day: You’ll be the first line of defense when our customers need help. Whether it's a question, an issue, or a moment of confusion, you’ll swoop in with your superpowers to make everything right.
- Listening Like a Pro: You'll be a customer’s favorite person because you truly listen. Whether they’re excited, frustrated, or just need a little guidance, you’ll offer a warm, welcoming experience every time.
- Customer Happiness Champion: You'll turn every interaction into a celebration of joy. No question is too small, no issue too big for you to handle with grace and a smile.
Educational and skill requirements
- Languages: Fluency in both Maltese & English is mandatory.
- Communication Skills: You speak clearly, write like a pro, and know exactly how to make things sound friendly and approachable, whether on the phone, via email, or chat.
- Team Spirit: You’re a team player who loves to collaborate and share ideas. You thrive in a supportive and inclusive environment where every voice is heard
- Customer Service Tips: Previous work experience in similar roles will be considered an asset. Training will be provided to all candidates.
- Technical Skills: Familiar with Microsoft Office programs such as Excel and Word
