Cashier

ESSE Ltd. on behalf of Evolve RS Group are currently seeking to recruit a Cashier to join their team. The successful candidate will report directly to the Department Manager. The incumbent will provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include:

• Create invoices, cash sales for clients on system;
• Prepare delivery notes for customers and delivery drivers;
• Be able to upsell;
• Cash handling;
• Answer the phone;
• Answer customer queries on social media and via email;
• Update stock in system;
• Order stock counts when needed;
• Any other tasks that may be requested by management;
• Any other general duties that may arise from time to time related to all the companies pertaining to the group.
  
  

The selected candidate would preferably have the following skills and abilities:

• Knowledge of gypsum, paint and flooring products;
• Use of paint machine;
• Ideally, experience in Shireburn;
• Preferably working experience in the sector;
• Must be highly computer literate for the role;
• Applicants having a valid B driving licence will be given preference;
• Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team;
• Good communication skills
