We are inviting applicants for Full-Time employment for a Labourer, Farm. role.

We are seeking a hardworking Farm Labourer to support daily farming operations by assisting with crop cultivation, livestock care, harvesting, and general farm maintenance. The ideal candidate is physically fit, dependable, and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

• Assist with planting, cultivating, harvesting crops, and carrying out other seasonal farming activities.
• Feed, monitor, and care for livestock while maintaining clean animal housing and enclosures.
• Operate basic farm tools and equipment safely and report any faults or maintenance requirements.
• Maintain farm buildings, fences, fields, and work areas by performing general cleaning, repairs, and upkeep.

Educational and skill requirements

Applicant Must:

• Be fluent in English and/or Maltese
• Be customer-oriented
• Be willing to learn and work effectively as part of a team
• Have relevant experience in the position applied for
• Only documents in English or Maltese will be accepted.
